The first steps are the hardest - take them with friendly, experienced runners who will guide you from zero to 5k
We have just completed a beginners program based on the successful couch to 5k training and will be looking to run another one soon.
We'll meet you at 7pm inside Kimberley Leisure Centre. There's a small ramp near the notice boards where you'll spot a run leader
On your first week, we need to capture registration details. All runs are on a Thursday at 7pm, the route and details are on the club calendar
The course will be 8 weeks long, with one run a week
As part of the plan we will aim to complete the 3k course at the Colliers Wood Canter on a Saturday morning, then complete the full 5k at Colliers Wood for graduation.
