The AAA summer league dates are as follows. For information such as addresses, parking and rules please see the Notts AAA website.
All races are approx. 5 miles to 10Km long. Headphones of any type are banned.
Note that you'll need to be a KADS first-claim runner, run in club colours and have paid for your 2025 EA registration to take part in these races. Those races with TBC next to the time below are yet to be confirmed (this isn't likely to happen until mid March).
