This 5km course for laps is probably one of my favorite out of all of the X runner OCR runs (Having ran this several times). This was also one of my first ever races and helped turn my life around . Its a brilliant day out nothing competitive just lots of water, mud fun and memories. I would highly recommend this for a dare or if your starting out in the world of OCR. The rapids are one of the best parts of this race and make for brilliant memories

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE AWAITS
It's time to get out of your comfort zone and face 25 obstacles set among 8-10 miles of slippery mud.
With a mix of mental and physical challenges new and old, the only way to earn that headband is to take on the course with your team.
What Kind of Race Is It? Obstacle Race
What Distance is the Race (roughly)? 10 Miles
Why Do You Recommend this Race?
Tough Mudder is probably a race most people have heard of, whilst one of the more expensive and corporate races you can do i would still recommend you try it once. There are other OCR races out there that are cheaper and better in there own rights but Tough Mudder is a staple to any OCR race calendar. The obstacles are always very inventive and solidly built. Headbands and drinks at the end are always appreciated and its always a laugh to tackle some of the insane stuff they put on for the day !
