KADS Time Trial Overview
The KADS time trial (TT) series consists of five 5km races. Any current club member who runs in these is automatically entered into the series. The results are age and gender-graded, so a faster younger runner can still be beaten by an older, slower athlete.
To be eligible for the men's or lady's KADS TT shield you need to have run in at least three of the five races. Your best three results are age-graded then added together and ranked on webscorer (see button below).
Please note: this is a trial format. We are trying out a new TT format this year. Instead of hosting separate club TT events we're using existing 5km races. These are either the Colliers Wood Canter, or local Parkruns (please ensure you have a barcode for the parkrun events and remember to take it with you on the day).
The reasons for this change are to reduce demand on volunteers and to increase the safety of our events. All the TT races are off-road, in daylight conditions and with a good number of marshals. We appreciate this might not work as well as it could, and will take any lessons learned with us into the next season.
