KADS Calendar Legend

Map - local social run in pace groups, choose from 3, 5 or 7 miles

Speed - local shorter runs quicker than your normal pace, inclusive session

Hills - build strength with local hill repeats, inclusive session

Track - run on the track at Rutland Sports Centre in Ilkeston, inclusive session

Parkrun Meetup - an informal gathering of KADS for a run and chat

AAA - Notts AAA summer league races (EA membership required)

DRL - Derby Runner League winter and summer races (EA not required)

Colliers Wood Canter - our free open-to-all 5k and 3k timed runs in Moorgreen

Handicap - KADS-only race with staggered start times so anyone can win

Time Trial - KADS-only races, age-graded runs between 1 mile and 5k
