Only the Welfare team have access to this email address and any complaints or
concerns will be dealt with using the guidelines set out by UK Athletics.
If you prefer, please speak to Ryan or Emma during club nights please
do so.
Kads Club Welfare Officers will:
- Listen to any concerns or complaints made to them in confidence and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
- Where resolution is not possible, the welfare officers will contact England Athletics (EA) and seek advice and support to resolve the issue.
- Ensure all necessary club members have the correct accreditations (DBS, run leader qualifications, etc)
- Promote the clubs code of conduct to members
Kimberley and District Striders will:
- Accept the responsibitiy to implemnet procedures to provide a duty of care to all members.
- Respect and promote the rights, wishes and feelings of all members taking part in club activities and events.
- Ensure all Cwo's are appropriatly trained through EA to carry out their duties as officers.
- Require all Run leaders to adopt and abide by the welfare policy and procedures.
- Through Cwo's respond to any allegations and implement the appropriate disciplinary and appeals.
