    For those that have Family memberships please fill out individual membership renewals
    ​The following is to be completed by the applicant:
    DECLARATION I wish to renew my membership to Kimberley and District Striders Running Club.
    I am an amateur as defined by UK Athletics. I am medically fit and the club or club committee
    will in no way be held responsible for any loss, injury or illness incurred to my person.
    PRIVACY STATEMENT I agree for my data to be shared amongst the KADS committee and, if
    applicable, England Athletics. To be able to take part in league races KADS will need to share
    your name and date of birth with Booths Decorators League and The Notts Amateur Athletics
