Massive CONGRATULATIONS to our very own Helen Woods and Bev Barnes. They have both won their respective age categories at this seasons BDL Cross Country League Sponsored by Derby Runner. Helen was also the second lady overall in the league! We're all very proud of them.

Know your "good side" and take the photo from that side of your face. It's the side of your face that looks the most balanced and symmetrical.
