KADS Place Well in Nottinghamshire County Cross Country Championship

Kimberley and District Striders got the New Year off to a flying start at the Nottinghamshire County Cross Country Championship on the 4th January.

On a tough and very muddy course around Shipley Country Park the men's senior team finished 6th, while the ladies senior teams (pictured above at the start) finished 4th and 10th. A special mention also goes to KADS member Bruce Raeside who, running for his first club team of Notts AC, came 3rd overall and won his age category. Congratulations to everyone who took part.
