KADS are entered in to the Notts AAA league with 5 races on the calendar from April-August, all taking place on a Wednesday. Each of these races are around 5 miles long and you are almost certainly going to be racing against people of your own ability.
You will also need an England Athletics membership in addition to your KADS membership. This is a cost of £15 pa but does guarantee you a discount on other public races through the year. If you complete all 5 races you'll also receive an award at the club presentation evening in March!
