Huge CONGRATULATIONS to Helen Woods. She was the first Nottinghamshire lady to cross the finish line at the Retford Half Marathon last weekend, making her the Notts County Half Marathon Champion. Helen's hard work and dedication has really paid off and she is going from strength to strength with her racing. We're all massively impressed and incredibly proud.

Massive CONGRATULATIONS to our very own Helen Woods and Bev Barnes. They have both won their respective age categories at this seasons BDL Cross Country League Sponsored by Derby Runner. Helen was also the second lady overall in the league! We're all very proud of them.

Our Colliers Wood Canter run is moving to a Sunday from this month. The monthly timed 3km and 5km run at Colliers Wood takes place on the second Sunday of the month. It starts at 9am by the car park on Engine Lane and is open to anyone to join in. No need to register, just turn up and run. Children and dogs are welcome too. We hope to see you at our next race on Sunday 9th January.
