Please note: We can only accept adults (18 or over). The shortest organised training run we do each week is three miles (the same distance as parkrun). We ask you can complete that distance without stopping, so we know you won't be running alone.
We recommend the NHS couch to 5k if you're building a base but as soon as you can complete the 5k, come and see us!

Our training sessions are easy-going, there is no pressure on pace. The shortest runs we do are three miles though, hence us asking that you can complete that distance. When we're on the streets or trails, no-one runs alone.
All our sessions have EA-trained run leaders. These are all experienced and friendly runners. They will answer any questions you have and make sure you have someone to run with, who will stay with you until you're back at the start.

Taster sessions first, KADS second!
We don't rush people into joining our club straight away, that's why we offer up to 3 free taster sessions to give you an overall idea of what we have to offer.
The 3 Free Taster Sessions consist of:
One Map Run (chatty, social, steady pace, short)
One Structured Session (go at your own pace but may include hill work or short sprints)
One Track session (fun, rewarding, put in what you wish to get out)

When you come along to a taster session you'll get a good feel for the club and see first hand how welcoming and friendly our members are. At all our sessions everyone is in good spirits, bringing out the best in each other.
