You'll be very welcome! Just to set expectations, speed is not an issue as we have a wide variety of runners however we do ask that you can run a distance of 4 miles. If you a complete newbie we recommend completing the NHS couch to 5k app so you have a base to start with.

Taster sessions first Kads second!
We don't rush people into joining our club straight away, that's why we offer the 3 free taster sessions to give you an overall idea of what we have to offer.
The 3 Free Taster Sessions consist of:
One Map Run (chatty, social, steady pace, short)
One Structured Session (go at your own pace but may include hill work or short sprints)
One Track session ( fun, rewarding, put in what you wish to get out)

When you come along to a taster session you'll get a good feeling for the club and see first hand how welcoming and friendly our members are. All sessions we do everyone is in good spirit, bringing out the best in each other with encouragement from fellow teammates.
