Thinking of Joining KADS?
You'll be very welcome! Just to set expectations, speed is not an issue as we have a wide variety of runners however we do ask that you can run a distance of 4 miles. If you are a complete newbie we recommend completing the NHS couch to 5k so you have a base to start with.

Taster sessions first, KADS second!
We don't rush people into joining our club straight away, that's why we offer up to 3 free taster sessions to give you an overall idea of what we have to offer.
The 3 Free Taster Sessions consist of:
One Map Run (chatty, social, steady pace, short)
One Structured Session (go at your own pace but may include hill work or short sprints)
One Track session (fun, rewarding, put in what you wish to get out)

When you come along to a taster session you'll get a good feel for the club and see first hand how welcoming and friendly our members are. At all our sessions everyone is in good spirits, bringing out the best in each other.
