Kads Foodbank Run February 2023

Kads are the latest running club to join the Food bank run.

The food bank run was recently set up and their aim is for every running club in the Uk to take part in a food bank run in the month of February 2023. 

On Wednesday 1st February 2023 Kads will be starting the run from Kimberley Institute Cricket Club and will head out with rucksacks on their back  to the Eastwood Foodbank. 

The run will cover around 5.2 miles on an out and back trip. 

We ask for you to be at the Cricket Club around 10 minutes before we set off at a start time of 7pm.

All club members will be asked to wear bright colours and a headtorch. We also ask that you fill your rucksack with non-perishable goods. 

All runners will be running at the same pace for this one. We ask that those who don't feel comfortable running the full 5.2 miles either start the run with us at the Cricket club and make arrangements to be picked up from the Foodbank or get dropped off at the Foodbank and run back to the Cricket Club with us. 

This will be a great occasion and we encourage all our members to find a spot in the calendar for this one.
