This week was the final week of our KADS Kick Starters programme. Back in January over 50 people joined us for the first night of our 10 week course for those new to running, or wanting to get back into it.
Several Kick Starters decided to join KADS that first week, while others have progressed through the weeks going from running for a minute with a minute walking, to running just under 5km without stopping. They've braved freezing temperatures, and dark nights but have pushed on, turning up each week to run with us. The Kick Starters who have finished the whole course will graduate at our March Colliers Wood Canter when the complete a full 5km race on Sunday 13 March at 9am. Everyone is welcome to come along and join in, or cheer them on. Congratulations to all of our Kick Starters, it has been a pleasure to see you improve each week and we can't wait to see you cross the finish line on Sunday.

Appreciate you reading and sharing your story since I can certainly relate and I think others can to
